First let me state my opinion that I think Fisher did a good job Sunday and Schwartz did a great job with the defense. Listening to Fisher after the game I heard his statement regarding it being a close, field position game that would come down to mistakes and he apparently stressed the need to protect the ball to the club. He said that we got exactly the kind of game we expected which I guess is plus since some coaches can't recognize what they are going to see from week to week. I don't know what else he could have done to win the game besides suit up for Lendale, Crumpler, Collins and Johnson.

As all are aware and I am no fan of Schwartz. I do give him a TREMENDOUS amount of credit for turning around our defensive woes. You can't take that away from him. But is ironic that he did exactly what everybody criticized him for in the past. Lose the game on late game drives. In no way am I letting the offense off the hook for the fumbles or their lack of tenacity. The reality is we had a rested a defense that needed one more to stop to send us in overtime but they could come up with goods. It is ironic, they kept us in the game but lost it at the same time. The offense finally tied the game after driving down the field and fumbling for most of the second half but when they finally do tie the game the defense can't come up with a stop.

However, I am curious to see what everyone's elses opinion is on our coaches. Who thinks it is time for Fisher to go? Who still believes in Him. Who hopes Schwartz gets a head coaching job (me)!

In my opinion, part of the turnover battle was aggression. Our team was not and mean as agressive as the Ravens. There was a time when our team was tough. Maybe that has to do with players rather than coaching. But when Blaine Bishop was anchoring our D we played with toughness. If Chris Johnson had Eddie George's toughness he would carried us on his shoulders with an ankle injury. Eddie would have come back in that game, they would have had to carry him off. Steve McNair although not the passer that Kerry Collins is tougher than Collins and Vince for that matter. Steve would have done whatever needed to get first downs and win that game.

Sorry for my rant but I needed to vent. I guess my question is how do we get that back. I think that's part of what we need to fix to get to the next level.

Personally I am happy with the staff. I see no reason to change anything. If Schwartz leaves then so be it but right now nothing seems broke so why try to fix it?

Defense is an attitude, not all X's and O's. I don't think we have the attitude of defensive greatness, as evidenced by our 7th overall ranking. We have players superior to that ranking and the only difference between the Ravens and the Titans is pure attitude, that comes from the Coaching staff.

I hope Schwartz moves on just so I can see someone else run the D. I want the House of Pain style of aggression. The Ravens never had more than 3 guys out in pass routes, and we never brought pressure on Flacco. We never once made him throw the ball before he wanted to and never took advantage of their one glaring weakness; A ROOKIE STARTING QB! He never was pressured into making a mistake, how could you not go after the kid? That is my biggest beef with Schwartz, he accepts what the other team is doing instead of forcing their hand.

To be fair that is our bread and butter, getting pressure on the QB with only our front four. I do understand that wasn't working very well but to me that had more to do with them running and not passing as much. Personally I would have liked to have seen a couple of blitz to put Flacco on his ***. Another thing is besides a couple deep balls in which our players pretty much had position I thought our defense played really well and the overall plan was pretty good.

Well, I'll agree that no single player or coach takes the brount of the blame. However, I feel like Schwartz has gotten as good as he's gonna get as DC. He's no longer bad, but I feel like there are some obvious things he still isn't doing and probably will never do. For example...knowing that Mason is their biggest pass catching threat and that our best CB (Finny) and best cover S (Griff) are on one side, he should have flipped the S's on that 3rd and 13 play at the very least so you don't have Mason against our weaker CB and our weaker coverage S. And on the biggest 3rd down of the game, how do we not have Mason and Heap covered tight? Once Heap was split from the formation, I would have either doubled Mason and Heap or doubled Heap with Bulluck and Griffin. It's fine to have a lot of great players and play fairly conservatively on D, but this D won't be top 3 without the extra coaching adjustments and a change in attitude. I really hopes Schwartz gets a HC job both for his own success but also to give another person a shot. Personally, I'd like to see Gregg Williams come back here or try and hire away Rex Ryan if he doesn't get a HC job. Give him the titles of DC, Assistant HC and the fastes way to ruin the Ravens D!

We went 13-3 and gave up the 2nd least amount of points in the NFL, i would say our defense had some type of attitude. Sure we could of put more pressure on Flacco but our defense played great, except for that touchdown play. We held the Ravens to 161 passing yards,50 yards rushing and they only completed 23% of their 3rd downs(3-13). Seems like people are just looking to put the blame on the the coaches when the players are the ones at fault.

Squeaking it out isn't an attitude. Knocking someone's block off is an attitude. We live by the former, not the kind of attitude i'm looking for.

The squeaking it out would have to do with our offense not scoring enough points, as opposed to anything with the defense. If the Titans win or lose a game 13-10, I don't think you can question too much of what happened on the defensive side of the ball. It is a squeaker because of the offense.

I still don't see how Fisher is getting any sort of knock after the Ravens game? He completely outcoached and was clearly a class above Harbough.

The execution was the problem on Sunday, not coaching.
