Now we're getting somewhere. No Canty but solid depth and young.

Don't know much about Haye, just that he's a regular with Tampa Bay. How good is he/what's his MO?

    From ESPN: Grade 73

Haye found a home with the Buccaneers after being labeled a bust in Carolina and Cleveland during his first two years. He has been a starter at defensive tackle for the past two seasons in Tampa and can be productive in the right system. He has marginal size for the position and is a good athlete with quickness, agility and body control going for him. He plays stronger than he measures, but still lacks the size and bulk to play a two-gap system. He needs to be penetrating on the snap, using his upfield quickness and agility to cause problems in the backfield. He does a good job of using his hands to defeat and control blockers. He keeps his pad level down to leverage blocks. He can penetrate and pressure the pocket with quickness, but lacks many counter moves when opponents get their hands on him. He can struggle versus double teams and some of the more powerful interior offensive linemen. He is inconsistent when it comes to fighting through pressure. He has good lateral range and does a good job of keeping his feet clear of clutter and staying off the ground. He plays with a good motor and keeps working his way to the ball, but does have some limitations due to size and strength.

The busy Monday continues... Another good signing for us, Washburn will have him ready to go. Seems like the last couple of years we lay low and let everyone over pay for top level free agents, while we just keep adding pieces to the puzzle.

Had a really really good season in 07 but fell off hard in 08.

I wouldn't be overly enthused but he could be a KVB type project.
