aggressive drivers should be punished. flow with the traffic stop trying to beat it and cause wrecks.

for real jesse, Chem... Fat Al was being an overly aggressive speeding road hog. He caused an accident and someone who was just driving the normal speed got hurt. That's what can happen when you get right up on someone's *** and swerve around trying to shoot in and out of gaps in traffic. That **** causes accidents and that is clearly what we have here. That kid can't even walk, he needs a hip replacement surgery, his car is wrecked... Albert didn't even as much as apologize to the kid for the situation. Haynesworth sucks for that. I'll tell you what is silly though... it's silly to try to play the situation off like he ran over a parking meter or something. What is silly about a twenty year old man who can't walk because Albert wants to drive 130 mph on the interstate? What's silly is that people want to act like it's no big deal at all when just the year before last he ran a woman off the road in a road rage incident? It went to court too. Anyone see a pattern here? It's only a matter of time before he has another free way mis-hap. If he does and someone ends up in a wheel chair I hope it's him. That way he could know what it feels like.

I'm interested to see how quickly they pay some "shut up" settlment money to Corey Edmundson to minimize the press that could arise from a civil suit.

Albert is not as popular as he once was in Williamson County, so there is a career advancing opportunity for the DA to press the criminal suit to its fullest extent.

Extension of his anger issues. Goodell will only act if the press amplifies this situation.

The decent thing to do would be at least to apologise.

With all that money, the right thing to do would be to pay for the finest surgeon to fix the guy up as best they can and then hand him a fat check on top of that.

It makes me absolutely furious to think AH didnt even have decency to visit or help out this poor kid. I'll tell you one thing,as a parent, if that happened to one of my kids i wouldn't think twice about suing the sh*t out of that @$$hole. I'd find the best lawyer possible and find a way to get the maximum penalty for that scumbag who put my son in a wheelchair. No way should a kid that young deserve to have to live with a tragedy of this magnitude all because some ***hole feels like hes above the law and doesnt need to obey the speed limit. I found a website that the family is starting a fund to help raise money to pay for all the medical bills and rent that the poor kid is behind in. Sad, it really is..

Surely they should be able to sue Haynesworth?

How do you put someone in a wheel chair cause you were driving crazy and not get sued for it? Ive seen Albert talk about his kids and how he wants them to have a good life.... But he turns around and ruins another kids life and wont even offer to help. thats a real good example to his kids.

Wow... this situation is much worse than I initially thought it was... When I saw "misdemeanor traffic violation" I assumed it wasn't a big deal. Well, the back story has made me change my mind. I think he should go to jail for the full 6 months (even though he deserves more)... He should be sued for millions...

Good job Redskins!!! Way to check up on stuff like this before signing him! Woot woot! God, they're stupid... they just assumed a guy who stomped on a guy's head would be their saviour? Nope. Sorry.

He's lucky Andre Gurode is a saint or else he'd already be in jail.
