How Should The Titans Address the WR Position?

I thought the Cards wanted TWO firsts for Boldin

 

How about you give some examples as to when signing or trading for a proven vet receiver has worked out for us?

 

My man Childress nailed this one.

 

I love this idea and risk-taking philosophy a lot. But like you said, it will never happen.

We can all wish though.

 

Id put money on Patrick Turner. I can't believe we brought that guy in for a visit.

 

What we need is a poll asking if the Titans will adress the WR position.

 

Ideally, for me, we'd get Boldin. However, I don't think the front office is going to be willing to pay the high asking price for him and I don't know that he'll be worth the high salary he wants in our current offense, unless we switch it up to be more balanced.

Holt, if we can get him for the right price, is probably the most realistic option. I just hope that he's got as much left in the tank as he says/thinks he does.

 

I voted that we're good at WR already. Because Holt probably is expecting TO money (hence he hasn't signed yet). Boldin will cost 1st round picks and a new big time contract which rules us out on that one, Chad Johnson doesn't fit in here for obvious reasons, and Braylon Edwards just won't happen either although I totally feel he would be worth our #30 pick.

I mean we did shed JMac, and we have nabbed the top WR in this year's free agency. I really see Nate like Berrian a year ago only we got him at a much cheaper rate. I see Nate being the real difference-maker, play-maker that we have needed for a long time now. Getting Lavelle more involved too will do some special things for us.

Cause I know that we'll draft a WR or 2 in the mid to late rounds. So I know we're ok at WR going into the draft.
