I would think that the e-smoke is a transitional system, perhaps easier to put down altogether after a period of time. If one could transition to e-smoke they could probably stop that easier than cigarettes.

I seen those electirc cigs at Opry Mills. I think it was a different company that made them because they were painted like a cigarette. Apparently you can smoke them anywhere since it's just vapors and not smoke. The tip of the cig actually flared up red when you hit it......pretty cool. Good luck

you should have never stared. did you think putting smoke in the human lungs was natural? the body wasnt made to handle such a thing. we werent even designed to breath the vapors that are in our Air today.

i would have loved to be one of the first humans to smell earths clean fresh air before mind kind ruined it.

You make a good point. My dad is a heavy smoker, even after having a cancer surgery. But he started smoking in the 1940's, before Surgeon General warnings, and in a tobacco growing state where it was seen as a good thing that provided money and jobs.

I don't understand what makes people start smoking today, with all the warnings and evidence of it's ill-effects, not to mention it is shunned and not accepted in hardly any public places.

Well, it's not a surprise that fewer and fewer people are smoking.

Also, more people today smoke in high school and college, and then quit when they get to real life.

It was my choice to start and my choice to quit. I wasn't looking for a lecture, especially from you.

they come in several different configurations
I got mine in all black with a blue tip
the led's come in orange, blue, green, etc
the cartidges come in brown and black
the batteries can come in black, white or grey

not sure why someone would by an e-cig that looks similar to a real cigarette, the concept is that it is NOT a real cigarette, so why make it look like one ?

Quiting smoking for good was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and continue to do. I have not smoked in about a year, and that was for about a month, and had quit a year before that. I feel now that I have kicked the habit for good, but life offers no guarentees. I wish whoever is trying to quit the best of luck. I am glad I did. A few things made me quit.

    1. I was tired of cigs having control over me. ----this was the main one----
    2. I am an athlete, how can I say that if I smoke
    3. My son
    4. Money

I used the patch for 2 days to get off of the cigs, then I stopped using the patch and smoking.

    Again, good luck.
