The Rosencopter? There's no way he's better than Favre. Favre was having a decent year until he hurt his shoulder. And he might play better with a chip on his shoulder, being in the same division as Green Bay.

You, along with all "experts" on ESPN, are overhyping Brett Favre. He is done. Someone will take his knees out, end his career, and I'll laugh. That might sound cruel, but sometimes drastic measures are needed for a player to hang it up. That stupid brain of his is incapable of making good decisions. It's time for his weakening body to make a decision for him.

If Favre comes back, with any team, he will do no better than 16 TDs and 20 INTs... that's pretty respectable if you ask me. I expect a 15 TD, 25 INT season coming from him if he returns.

He may be remembered most for his touchdown record, but I'll remember him for something else... his record for the most interceptions.

Favre can't be expected to last an entire season. I hope this all blows over, soon. Freakin' woman Favre is.

No, you are overhyping Sage Rosenfels. He was the backup QB for the Texans last year. The Texans. Favre broke even (22/22) in touchdowns and interceptions last year, and he played hurt at the end. I'm not trying overhype Favre, but to compare him to Rosencopter just doesn't cut it.

And this is the NFL, not Blitz: The League. Nobody's going to try to take his knees out. And it doesn't say much about you if you are going to laugh at something like that. And "the stupid brain of his" just sounds childish.

Sounds to me like you are just hating. He was possibly the best quarterback of his era.

Which was a while ago man. I wish he'd realize his "era" is over and hang up the cleats for good.

He's still better than any QB we have.

Disclaimer: I am NOT suggesting the Titans should go after Favre. Just stating a fact.

Okay I almost hate to say it after Dilfer hung himself out to dry with that Favre/Vikings comment, but Trent Dilfer does know what he is saying (most of the time). When he first came on the scene, I didn't feel he belonged. Now after a season of hearing his views, I have to admit he isn't a fool. As for Mark Schlereth; he's no genius either so he should quiet down before someone half decent comes around to put him in his place. Both guys usually can argue their points well, but this Favre thing needs to stop. I use to idolize Favre, now I'm sick of the thought of Favre.
