Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett recently had a meeting with starting quarterback Tony Romo and he told Romo to get in better shape this offseason. The Cowboys believe Romo does not get into good enough shape in the offseason to stay sharp in the second half of the regular season. And they need that QB to win games in December and beyond.

This Cowboys squad is not January ready with Romo. They would have been better off dealing Romo and keeping T.O. Romo is either great or sub par, those inconsistencies wont work in Dallas much longer.

In other news, I heard Tony Romo got kicked out of Hometown Buffet this weekend because he was upset about the plate limit that the manager had bestowed upon him.

Romo could be great if he can be more cosistent in the playoffs. Big Ben is inconsistentent during the regular season, but come playoff time he gets straight. Two Championships!!!
