Ball State had a storm chasing class. You spend 3 weeks on the road following the twisters. I really wanted to go, take some amazing pix.

I've got a ton of interests.

I love to see where the great writers have lived. The home of Edgar Allen Poe/Shakespear. My favorite, however, had to be the bar tours of NYC. You go to all the small brewpubs that the writers sat. I saw where Fitzgerald carved his name into a table top. It was fun.

(I was kind of let down by stonehinge when I went... perhaps it was cause I was miserably cold but I was more entertained by my delish hot chocolate) Overall, however, I'm very intruiged by the unexplainables from the past. Those curious relics left behind.

My big one though, and its a bit wierd, is bullet wounds. I'm extremely fascinated by people who have been shot. When does it hurt and when does shock set in instantaniously. Why does it hurt more to be shot in a bulletproof vest than to have the bullet go through and through. I'll spend hours disecting stories of cops/military/thugs. I told you it was odd.

A lot of architecture amazes me. Mostly middle eastern, but there are all different types.

the human brain. no one really knows much about it but the things it can do. ie:
my brother in law had a massive brain anersyum and three strokes. had two brain surgeries within a 15 hour period. he was given a 1% chance to live. laid motionless in a coma for 3 weeks. was supposed to be paralyzed on the left side. 11 months later he can walk, talk, move his left side. not close to a full recovery but what his brain was able to overcome in that short time is nothing short of amazing.

marine life has always amazed me. the millions of different species and how they coexist. what is crazy is how each part of the world has a totally different sea life than say across the continent. love watching the discovery channel. LOL
