Who knows, maybe MJones has straightened out? He's still young and got sick hands. On the cheap, it couldn't be that bad could it? He's better than Lavelle "I'm winning the smarts competition with Vince Young" Hawkins and he may give a year of seasoning to Edison. 1 yr 1mil, i'd take it. If he gets on the field, he gets on the field, it's not like we're going to direct our offense towards him.

 

I can't even lie, I would like to see us sign him. Without Washington we have the same old mediocre guys behind Gage and Kenny is still a rookie. So bringing in Jones for a shot at redemption with an AFC South foe would make a lot of sense.

He can definitely ball, that much is for sure. The big question mark would be, can he keep his nose clean? I just couldn't resist, with the whole "bump" reference, I had to.

 

I guess because he's coming in for a visit....

Worst case scenario he takes the roster spot of Hawkins, Williams or Edison. Jones is better than all three.

I just hope this doesn't mean Nate's injury is worse than we think.

sounds like this is a done deal if his workout goes well. I am all for it I think this would mean Lavelle Hawkins is toast

yea Adam Sheffter is reporting he is coming in for a workout tomorrow(Thursday).....ive always thought he was a very talented player...but also a coke head......if hes cleaned up his act...im all for it...but if he still lives between the lines(pun intended) forget it
