    It was 2002. We opened up at home beating the Eagles 27 to 24. We then lost the next four games going 1-4. We finally beat the Jaguars 23 to 14 saving our season. We went on to finish 11-5, beating the Steelers in the Divisional Round Playoffs 34 to 31, our season came to an end against Oakland in the AFC Championship game.



    The plays are almost similar...

    Against Dallas.
    4-20-DAL 42 (1:04) (Shotgun) S.McNair pass incomplete to D.Bennett. Pass too tall at the Dallas 15 middle of the field.

    4-23-TEN 33 (1:54) (Shotgun) 5-K.Collins pass incomplete deep right to 12-J.Gage.

    Overtime against the Browns.
    3-3-TEN 15 (10:51) P.Dawson 33 yard field goal is GOOD, Center-R.Kuehl, Holder-C.Gardocki.

    1-10-TEN 15 (10:34) (Field Goal formation) 3-J.Reed 33 yard field goal is GOOD, Center-60-G.Warren, Holder-9-D.Sepulveda.

    McNair started off 8 TDs 9 INT.



    Let's not lose hope or faith, and lets beat the Jaguars next week and get our season back on track!

    Thanks for posting something other than a complete bash on our team. Yes it's a rough start and certainly one we didn't expect but the team is still solid and has the talent to pull through this situation. A win next week would be a huge step in the right direction. Let's stick it to the Jags and get the ball rolling for this team. Who knows maybe we could pull some magic and go on another 10 game winning streak again. Have some faith people that's why you play the game...

    It's nice to hear something positive indeed. I just don't understand people that bash their team so much. It's almost like Titans fans got a bit spoiled. Where were these folks in 04 and 05 when we were not very good? Where were they when we went 8-8 for what seemed like 50 years in a row (it was 3 if memory serves).

    Even if my Titans go 0-16 I'll still be watching every snap and looking for anything positive. I bleed two toned blue. This is my religion. Thick and thin baby!
