No, somehow it's Vince's fault for the WR not catching the ball. Alot of people on this site will agree with that.

when vy played we all begged for WR's. we got some after VY got benched, plus we added CJ.

Vy needs a shot, and i still think Fisher should let WR Edison play a few snaps. he might be better than Nate.

We have better receivers now and drops weren't a problem until today. They were a big problem 2 years ago. Young was a victim of drops but so was Collins today.

most of those throws should not have been made today also, I mean collins was throwing to receivers who were behind 2 defenders all day. The interception he threw late in the game was a pass he connected on a few times, this time though the defender was looking and made the pick. Yes the receivers dropped some balls, but it wasnt to the point where collins going 0-13 isnt disgusting.

Collins was taking chances yesterday to make things happen. He was incredibly accurate on several key passes. He threw into tight coverage several times. He made more accurate throws than bad throws. The WR's made a few excellent catches early, but missed 4 throws in the 4th quarter that were excellent throws. (Washington dropped 2 that went threw his hands, Gage and Britt one.)

Our WR's didn't catch the balls that they are expected to catch when it counted. Collins couldn't have put those balls in any better position.

Nate is horrible and I do think edison is a better receiver. Guage is a good receiver as long as he he doesn't have to reach back across his body to catch a ball and Britt is great. I think it was a miracle that he even got his fingers on that ball as low as it was thrown. Kerry did make some great throws but not when it counted. Outside of the ball hitting Nate in the chest the rest of those throws in the forth were atrocious for someone who has been guaranteed the starter. I thougt it was just as long as we were winning but judging by the nontAlk of Kerry's Play by fisher afterwards I guess he is putting it all on the receivers.

No Collins wasn't perfect at all, but it's fundamentals, folks. Collins tried all he could to put the ball away from the defender where only the wideout could make the play. He knows how to throw out routes, but somehow I'll bet you all would still blame the passes on Brady if he threw to them.

Dropped passes on critical third downs is a bigger reason than our pass D is of why we're 0-3. We need to move the chains while the D catches their breath, and that hasn't happened enough. Great wideouts make the best of every throw, no matter how bad.

It's the NFL. You touch it, you catch it.

BTW, yes, bring in Edison and Hawk for that matter.

Kerry put the ball in a position that the receiver could go make a play. Sure not all of the passes were on the numbers but these guys are getting paid millions of dollars to catch a football. As a coach you know Jeff feels the same way he played the game. Those balls in the 4th quarter were completely catchable and not making those plays in the clutch are very key in determining the outcome of a game. Don't throw Kerry under the bus yet. I still believe he is the better pro quarterback. However, we must protect the football better or we don't stand a chance. Sure Vince can complete some passes. He completes about as many to our recievers as he does to the other team. The last thing we need is more picks and less accuracy out there right now. There is no way we make the playoffs losing the turnover battle every single game. If we would just execute and make some plays and cut out the bone headed ones then we would surely be 3-0 right now...
