If Peyton became a Titan...

It would be the greatest day in Titan history, automatically.
Speaking of ballswinging, Tennessee (as a state) already hangs off of Peyton's right now.

Any team would love to have him. I don't think he'd get a bad reception if the Pats got him, really.

 

even though he's on a team i hate with a passion, i have alot of respect for the guy. he's one of the greatest of all time and still has alot left. he's a class act and a hell of an athlete too obviously

i hate the patriots too but i dont have near the same respect for brady as i do for manning.

I've said for years that a smart move for Bud before the 98 draft would've been to offer the colts whatever they would want for the number 1 pick that year. I dont think the colts really wanted to pick 1st that year. Since there was some serious doubt whether the fans in Tennessee would support pro football or not, drafting Peyton would have fixed that especially in the Knoxville region, which is still fairly apathetic towards the NFL or Colts fans to this day.

 

We sign all those Ex-Colts anyways so this would flow right along with the trend. Problem is there is no possible way the Colts ever let this guy go. I would go crazy if we had a QB of Peyton's abilities. Peyton is a great guy on and off the field so I cant imagine anyone rejecting him anywhere. He's one of a kind and he'd be worth three 1st round picks and all Travis Henry's kids.

 

Yes, all of the above. I like Peyton. He never takes his eye off the football.

How would Colts fans react to Peyton as a Titan?

 

Most would love it, I'd guess easily 50% of Titans fans that attend games are also Vols fans, and probably a lot higher.
