Haynesworth In Parking Dispute

I think someone forgot to tell Haynesworth that mentally handicapped doesn't count.

He may have a case. However, why wouldn't a guy like Albert be living in either a gated community house, or a condo with gated garages and/or assigned parking?

I have parked in a handicapped space twice. Once I got a $250 ticket which 3 years later remains unpaid & will never get paid, and the 2nd time I was confronted by an angry old woman. She told me her sons situation and I told her to F off which she did. But I did consider her sons illness and since then have never parked in a handicap spot.

Now the reasoning behind me doing this was that stores put so many handicap signs upfront. Now realistically how many of them are there at one place any given time. So I saw 12 spots painted blue with signs with not 1 single car around and 200+ cars in the lot. Yea I could have easily parked a week away and walked but I saw a real good spot I'd only be occupying for no longer than a minute tops.

 

Federal law dictates how many handicap spaces you must have, and it's based on certain criteria. Just obey the law. Write you congressman if you think the law's not just...
