Great game however?

Our special teams is Special Ed right now. And Lowry is the head Stupid. If Ron White is correct, you can't fix that. So Lowry needs to go. Maybe we should demote him to water boy.

 

I honestly blame the entire coaching staff..from JF to lowry. Overall is seems as tho ST just hasnt been a focal point for this team..and it certainly shows. As if its not as important as the other to facets of the game..and its killing us.

The defense was able to do a pretty good job despite the extremely poor field position..but just like in the jets game..at some point if they cant sure this up somehow..its going to cost us another game. You CANT keep spotting teams the 40yrd line and expect to win

 

At the bye we had huge issues on D and we were changing QBs. I think the staff focused on getting the team up to speed in these areas and not on special teams. Without our O working or our D giving up long drives everytime they were on the field special teams means nothing. Hopefully we work it harder now that we seem to be getting in stride but we have AZ next week and need to get ready for there WRs.

 

The play of Donnie Nickeys career was negated by negligence whether it be on the undefeated punter or coaching staff.

 

Special Teams play has regressed since the departure of CHEN and Ganther. Didn't think it would of been that bad.

 

What sucks is the game was perfect for houston. Primetime, national spotlight, chance to go 2 over .500, home, loud sold out crowd, division rivals, and a chance to prove vy is no king. Hmmmm didn't work out so well. But now we must have a short memory because the cardinals are coming and um they can pass. Hopefully matt leinart plays.

I want Hood back in vs. the Cardinals heavy passing attack. Harper was victimized yet again by Andre Johnson! He should just wear "Andre's Beatch" instead of his family's name on the back of his jersey. I'd be ashamed of my son for that effort. The rust is there after weeks on the shelf. Plus Hood knows the WR's in Arizona.

Umm yea, are you or is anyone surprised about the sucking special teams? I made a thread weeks back on how bad our returners are. My question isn't on the return or cover game anymore (Ive excepted they merely looked past this part), it's what happened to our kicker? He use to knock back touch backs like they're nothing, now he struggles to boot the ball.

 

Fisher will start Harper, because under Fisher rules a starter doesn't lose his job because of injury, which includes the fact that his play injures our team.

I believe the punt returners have been ordered to fair catch everything, for some reason.

The kick coverage (or lack of) defies explanation...
