    Here's my take:

I've been sitting in the same seat at LP for 10 years. I've missed less than a dozen home games and never missed an away game on TV. I bleed Titans blue.

During the 0-6 streak earlier this season, I started to watch the games as an afterthought. I'd listen to music or do things around the house while the game was on. I never had done that before.

As we can all agree, watching your team lose and give zero effort when you KNOW that they are one of the top teams in the NFL is inexcusable. It was an embarrassment and a slap in the face to fans.

But ever since Vince has taken over, it's a whole new team. I wouldn't sell my remaining tickets for anything. It's really fun to watch sports when your team lays it all out on the line and works their asses off.

    Go Titans.

Frickin' A Abe! I had almost the exact same motion through those first 6 weeks, except for the opener against Pitt. Not that I wasn't rooting for us to win, it was just a feeling that we weren't giving our all. It was a huge disappointment and embarrassment.

And you're right again about Vince taking over. He has turned this ship around for the better. I know that KFC can't take all the blame for our 6 losses but hey he was the one in charge during that span. And as crazy as everyone makes us out to be, it doesn't sound outlandish or far-fetched to think that we're gonna win out. We're playing some really good football that we can all be proud of again. GO TITANS!!!

I remember growing up, starting to learn about football. I have watched football since I have been about 8 years old, and now im about 24, and have missed few games. I want a mon to fri job so i will have sundays and mon nights off. I learned football, started playing football in high school and watching some nfl action on sundays. I moved around a lot with my family so I never really watched a home team. I started to watch the oilers , one game at a time , and I started to love them. They moved to Tennessee, and I have followed them to their new home in Nasvhille, and my love for the Titans grew even more, and through the years I have loved them each year more and more, and love watching them play. I miss Steve McNair the most, because he played with all his heart , and it was showed on the field. I loved all the comebacks, the blowouts, and the great seasons we have had. I want the Super Bowl win so bad, because it hurts so much from 1999. I want this football team in my life until I die. When I have kids in the years to come, I want them to be Titans fans too. I feel that the Titans are in me , and I know when I wake up every day that I am a Titans fan, and I wouldn't have it any other way !

good point,i was never a oilers fan,but when they moved to tennessee,i watched them except in the tennessee oilers days,i didnt watch them that much in memphis etc,but on madden i played with the tennessee oilers, but when the stadium was built in the titans franchise years,i watched every game, except 2001,which served jail time for not payiong fines, but i do not understand how old houston fans would follow a team to tennessee, cause surely the houston people follow and chear for texans,i mean do ya really think that baltimore,or dallas texans, follow the kansas city chiefs, and u think bout it bout 50 more years or so no one will remeber th oilers prolly, because no one remembers the old dallas texans,or the brooklyn dodgers, and the other baseball teams that moved u think brooklyn is following the dodgers,no they are goin for the yankees,u get my point, its the logo on the helmet and the city, and state that the foorball team is playing for now.

I'm kinda new to posting so here goes. I've been a Oiler-Titan fan since '79 when I was 9 years old, being from ND and before the invention of satellite TV it was hard for me to keep in the loop but I did what I could. I grew up hating the Steelers, Browns, and Bengals, and still do. Old feelings never go away, I had dreams when I was young about living in Houston and soaking in all the atmosphere, going to all the games and meeting players (pipe dream at best) but still was fun to imagine. Now that the Titans are in Nashville my blood is running through my veins in TN Blue, and I couldn't be prouder. I've seen it all as a fan, shed tears, laughed my :grrr::grrr::grrr: off and got hugh knots in my stomach ( still do). I've mellowed as I've gotten older and my two sons now are avid Titans fans also. What we have going in TN is magical, stemming from the fans, to players and the stadium surroundings, we are fortunate and should feel great.Enough rambling but, my shrine in my game room will always be split 50/50 between both teams. Here's to many past memories and many great ones yet to come. Go Titans!
