Which sports town has the most fair weather fans?

All teams have fair weather fans.

 

Houston. Been going to Reliant every time the Titans came to town and never got as much hate as I did this past Monday night game. Their team was doing good and they felt the need to talk smack. Past years when their record was below .500, I didnt have one person confront me.

Not to mention that 1/4 of the people started to leave with a minute left in the game.

 

i would go with the jags since theyre games are blacked out even if theyre winning. The rams have had such a dreadful franchise besides the couple years with warner and faulk so it would be tough to be a fan. If i was a lions fan I would be fed up. But i think steelers have a fair amount of fair weather fans since theyre all over down here in tallahassee where I go to school for some reason

 

A lot of places have those, and not just Steelers. Some teams have fan clubs around the country, and members meet at a designated bar to watch games.

The Boardwalk Cafe in Antioch used to be a Packers bar, but it has since been turned into a Mexican joint, like everything else in Antioch...

 

has anyone heard the espn radio talk show promo that calls out Indianapolis Colts fans who live in Tennessee as being the "definition of bandwagon fans"? I heard that today and I just about died of laughter because it's so true. The whole Vol connection. Too bad I can't remember what host of what show the promo spot was for but I'd like to listen to that guy whoever he is. I just recently noticed espn radio on my local fm. I think it's 105.1... anyrate, I'm glad Chattanooga is finally joining the rest of the civilized world.... I love that station.

SD - our fans are so apathetic and flakey it sickens me sometimes...too many wont talk about em until they're doing good...

thats the only part of san diego i dont miss...otherwise its fairweather all year round :wink2:
