    Jamie Winborn (born May 14, 1979 in Wetumpka, Alabama) is an American football linebacker for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Vanderbilt.

    Winborn has also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons and Houston Texans.

    Winborn was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He would go on to play five years for the 49ers, recording 190 tackles, nine sacks, and three interceptions.

    On September 11, 2007 he signed with the Denver Broncos. In two years with the team he started 13 of 30 games, recording 133 tackles and a sack. The Broncos released him on February 16, 2009.

    Im sure he'll just provide help on ST and add depth...he's a solid player but is very injury-prone.

    Ole Jamie Winborn is back in Nashville. Thats pretty cool as I remember him being a STUD for Vanderbilt (relatively speaking).

    Too bad we lost that Ryan Fowler guy... he was a good guy that would have been perfect for this instead of starting him as Jeff Fisher insisted on.

    Whatever happened to that guy we picked up from Chicago? I know he went straight to the Practice Squad, but why not bring him up if we still have him? I'd trust him to handle his assignments more than a newly signed Winborn.
