You forgot Fisher-drop, past his prime, too predicable, arrogant, and holds grudges, doesn't play the guys he needs to and plays those he's in love with regardless of talent.

How could you say Lendale isnt effective with less weight? I dont anyone can fairly judge that considering he hasnt truly been given a real opportunity. I think for the right price he comes back and surrounded by the right personnel (NOT JF an co.) he can be very effective for us

You think we need another QB and WR more then we need help on the defensive side of the ball?

Are you playing Madden 2008 Franchise mode? I mean seriously what is this? How do you know Lendale was more effective with more weight? thats comical. The guy is faster and in the best shape of his life. He didn't get the same carries he normally does and we have the best running back in the NFL starting...so great point!:moon2:
Alge was good before he put on 50 pounds and tried to act like superman vs the ravens in the playoffs last year...anyone remember that fumble on about the five yard line? I do cause I was front row right there and got to see Alge Crumbler get destroyed any given sunday style and destroy our chances. Drop.
    Mawae- Keep, Solid
Tony Brown- Keep dudes a solid beast if he could cut a couple penalties down.
    Benji?......?......wrong team dude.
    Amano-keep, inexpensive.
KVD- kind of overrated I feel, Im sure hes a solid leader and the announcers love talking about how hard he goes but he really had a down year and our pass rush was horrid at times.
Bullock- KEEP. Hes only the heart and soul of the Defense-See Chargers game and the guys has been our most consistent player for ten years and FOR ONCE i wish the Titans FO would show a little loyalty. Just some.

Harper- Do we need to say anything? I would love to have him as a dime corner but Starting no way.
Fuller- Why would we drop him? hes young and helps our nickel package.

I hope we keep Bulluck because he is a great player that goes all out on every play, and I know when he is in there he will give it his all, and that is all i can ask of any player. and get rid of harper, he simply gets beat, those are my two requests!

If anything, Bulluck's injury probably just made him a hellovalot cheaper for us to keep. And he's the team leader. Once he's gone, we're going to completely fall apart... much like Friday.
He's the coach on defense that makes up for the crap schemes of JF/Cecil.

For once, our main problems are not on the offensive side. We could use another reliable WR, but I'd rather take a good hands rookie and develop him than anyone I think the FO is likely to bring in.

Our young linemen look promising but with Albert gone and KVB on the downhill, I'd like us to go D line in the first round if McCoy from OU or Kindle from Texas are there at our spot. (Or if not them then players of similar elite, playmaking caliber). Both guys mentioned are elite athletes and have the potential to anchor the line going forward. We also need a DB with some size, to go with their speed, in the draft, as this last game showed the matchup folly of having so many of our DBs be small guys.

And. we need much better pro player evaluation than we've had the last few seasons or we need to starting signing someone whose already proven that can get it done instead of going cheap on guys with potential. Since we need help at all three levels of the D, get the best available at each position D-line, LB and DB

Lastly, a I think last night shows, again, that our coaching staff has become one of our weakest links. Virtually the entire team entered the game at the wrong emotional pitch -either too aggressive, or not aggressive enough. The result was guys creating penalties, commiting turnovers they previously had avoided, executing poorly or at least inconsistantly, and, as a group, looking like they were trying too hard and pressing in the early going and then later appearing to lose focus almost entirely. When most of the team does that all at once, then the Coaches have to shoulder the responsibility for the lack of quality of the product they "prepared" for that game.

This has been a weird year, that's for sure. The best of it is Vince getting his groove back (despite last night's clunker, his technical improvements have been very exciting to see), the emergence of CJ as a superstar in the making and the promise of Britt (also not withstanding his clunker of a game last night). The worst is the realization of just how weak the D has become and the large number of holes we have to fill before we'lll be able to hang with the big offenses in the league. Whatever Albert's personal flaws may be, its very clear his presence in the middle of the line was camoplaging a large number of other players flaws that we there for all to see once the big guy was no longer creating havoc up front.

The biggest question, is this FO and coaching group capable of fixing what remains to be done or is it time to bring in a fresh set of leaders who can take the core offensive group and guide it to reach its full potential and scheme around our defensive weaknesses until we can bring in more talent. Mr. Adams has some serious thinking to do about all this before he just launches into next year leaving it to the current team management to right the ship.

You can't make a list like this without regard to contract.

Nate Washington is in the first year of a 6 year contract we are not going to drop him. Same for fuller, he is under contract we are not going to drop him.

Lendale is gone! He does not want to be CJ's backup, he wants to go to a place where he can play he has said that. Somebody will give him 3-4M a year we will not.

Algae, kearse and harper are gone. No issue here they are old players at the end of their careers and free agents.

KVB, Brown, scaife, Amato will likely be gone. We don't see the value in keeping them for what they want to make.

Tulloch is a definite keeper. So in my opinion is Ball who is a cheap backup on the D-line. We should sign him.

Bulluck is the big question mark but a guy at 33 coming off a knee is likely to have little left.

In short we should keep tulloch and ball. try to keep brown but he will likely go on the open market.

That leaves us a with a load of cap space to get a better LG, a starting caliber CB, even a stud and maybe a linebacker.

I would like us to get Gary Brackett to play the middle with tulloch in the SAM spot and maybe mcgrath on the weakside.
