Wow, Maybe I was wrong about V. Young!

Exactly. Honestly that seems to be the fundamental difference that separates the VY haters and the VY supporters. The supporters are willing to let him have a clean slate and judge him by who he is right now. The haters can't have a discussion on him without bringing up the past. Now, I'm not trying to say you can never look to the past to make a point but if you are willing to take off the hate blinders for a few minutes it's pretty clear that we are seeing a different Vince both on and off the field this season. He seems to have really matured as a person and a player. Maybe his maturation stems from the death of McNair. Maybe it's simply him getting older and growing up. Maybe his time on the bench last season put things in perspective for him. Maybe a little bit of all of the above. I don't really know. But to deny the transformation we are seeing in him now is just absurd.

I dont know if you are trying to get attention or you just have no life and like to come up with some weird stats that no one gives a F_ck about. The guy wins football games. That is the strongest stat in the nfl, the "W ". Now if you are a Titan fan, a true fan, then stfu and support your team's QB.

There is a reason why VY is actually out there with the helmet on, on the field, and why you are at home or at the stadium watching him. Talk all you want, make as many threads as you want, but at the end of the day, VY is slapping all his haters to the ground.

Vince Young wins games! What VY went through was called being a human being. Not one person on this earth is perfect, and VY showed he has finally matured and ready to be the qb of the titans and take them to the next level. If you are rooting against VY, you are rooting against the titans because he is under center. what kind of fan wants their qb to do bad? I want my titans to win the SB, and I feel VY will do it!

 

Agreed. And even when KFC was under center I didn't like it but I still rooted for him and the team. And the same goes with VY. H311 even if Volek was still our QB, I'd root for him just the same.

 

And the great thing about VY he even extends love to his haters. The kid is WAY more mature than when he first arrived in Nashville. He still ain't no Allen Einstein when it comes to public speaking though. And he's no Joey Montanya but he has improved so much so that he is probably gonna be here in 2010 and beyond.
