    Saints...
I'm honestly beginning to loathe the entire Wild Card playoff system - one that seems almost every year lately to allow teams like The Jets to suck or be mediocre a good part of the year then go deep into the playoffs. Screw The Jets.

I want Brett Favre to win - just to give me future inspiration for twenty years down the road when I turn 40 and I can think back "hey, if a man at 40 can win a superbowl then I..."

I'm totally down with the Jets. I always have a tendency to cheer for the old AFL teams once the Titans make their annual early exit. I think they'll be in tough this weekend against the Clots... I wouldn't go so far as to say I'd pick them to win the game, but I'll certainly be cheering for them.

In no way am I one of those two favourite team dufuses, but I do have a soft spot for the chronically unlucky Jets franchise. After having the rug pulled out from under them so many times the Jets fanbase is one of the most neurotic in sports.

A great quote from a Jets fan

"When we were trailing 7 - 0 at the half, my wife and sons were worried, I felt confident and reassured them that the Jets were right where they needed to be to win the game, but up 17 - 7 with less than 5 minutes to play, the wife and kids were in full celebration mode, while I was sweating bullets, sure I was about to witness yet another Jets meltdown"

:ha: As Titans fans we can all relate to the kind of paranoia

So for this weekend at least it's

    J-E-T-S JETS! JETS! JETS!

How the hell can any of you be rooting for the Colts? Thats our arch-nemesis. If you're rooting for the Colts, I can't consider you a real fan of the Titans. I want the Vikings to win it, mostly to prove Gloat wrong about Favre.;) And I think they will too.

Saints. The city needs it and the fans deserve it.

I would like to see the Jets (despite my dislike for Rex Ryan) beat the Colts. Colts fans have had it too good for the the last 10 years. Some tragedy would be good for them to get to taste the reality that other franchise fans experience.

I'm indifferent with the Vikings although I think Brett Favre needs to grow up and/or grow old gracefully- so I kind of hope he throws several picks. I'm burned out with his drama.

It's kinda like watching your ex drive under a semi in your new Mercedes. Mixed emotions, and if the Titans can't play that means somebody else will so the "caring" level drops a lot.
So for me there will be no emotional downturn no matter who wins or loses.
