I figure that Bud is going to have to pay someone to replace all those free agent locker name plates, office name plates, parking spot signs and shred a whole bunch of personalized stationery.....that may take some money.

I would donate to a bit of that.

I think the problem is more with the principle. $2 per game isn't that huge, but announcing it right after a 59-0 loss when your team hasn't even won a game yet (when many were legitimately thinking Super Bowl) is almost like a slap in the face to your fans at a time when you need their support.

2$ tax on Titans tickets in the future?

That should drive the prices to...2$ too high.

I'll trade you two rolls of Charmin for a couple Chargers tickets... The Charmin at least leaves you feeling good.

aaNASHVILLE, Tenn. — Add the Tennessee Titans to the NFL teams not hiking season ticket prices for the 2010 season.

Owner Bud Adams told The Tennessean newspaper Wednesday night that season ticket prices will remain the same for the upcoming season. This is the third time the team has not hiked ticket prices since moving into its current stadium for the 1999 season.

The Titans have sold out 114 straight games thanks to season ticket buyers. Approximately 3,500 single-game tickets are available each July.

The decision, confirmed by a team spokesman Thursday, doesn't mean ticket buyers won't pay more. A $2-per ticket user fee will be added in mid-June for all LP Field events except Tennessee State games. The money will go to stadium repairs.

Bud Adams is apparently window dressing when it comes to the ticket sales and has no idea that the ticket people did in fact raise select ticket prices. Bud go whip their butts for going against your statement. At least flip them off. My tickets went up $5 for ticket, $5 for parking pass, and $2 fee. That is $240 a year for my 2 tickets. Bud, please take charge like you did last year.
