    Couldn't agree more.

My 2 favorite teams: The Titans, and whoever plays the Cowboys! (the Ravens are a close 2nd on the most hated teams list).

im not sold on lito - he hasn't been the same since 06 and routinely got burned. Plus lets admit it, Rex Ryan is a good defensive mind and if he couldn't salvage Lito I don't think we can either.

I am not sold on Lito either, has been injured the last 2 years. Some people have said he got lost in Philly he didnt get lost he got REPLACED!

Witherspoon signing is a move in the right direction.

Well, if you're the Titans right now...Bulluck is a free agent and Thornton, though signed, is injury prone and could mis significant time with a re-occurence of the shoulder. You want to sign a solid viable starter.

Going into the draft, this gives the team a lot of options....McRath/Witherspoon, Tulloch, Thornton.....Witherspoon, Tulloch, Thornton.....Witherspoon, Tulloch, McRath....

And leaves us the option of drafting a big time LB stud (then we cut Thornton) or re-signing Bulluck with Spoon taking thornton's spot (cutting Thornton) with McRath covering KB's spot until KB's ready to start coming back from injury.

Point is, 'Spoon is a very solid LB, can play both inside and outside and gives the teams options for the draft (able to still take a LB stud but don't need to) and free agency (can re-sign Bulluck after the draft if we don't draft a stud LB).

I'd re-sign Bulluck to a reasonable contract in both money and length. He's too good a tackler, leader, and one of the best LB's in coverage in the league. If I could re-sign Bulluck, I'd cut Thornton and wish him well.

Another option would be to trade Scaife or White to KC for Derrick Johnson. DJ is very similar to Bulluck but ended up benched for them. He doesn't fit their 3-4 scheme (why they tried to put a WIL 4-3 LB at ILB in a 3-4 was a bad idea) and we could really use him. He's also an excellent coverage LB.

My guess is Keith is gone with this signing. I'm pretty sure he was brought in to start with Tulloch and McGrath and Thornton is on the edge but who knows we can be pretty loyal. Now we don't have to take a LB very high and allows us to focus on DL/CB early while drafting a mid-round LB this year to groom and early picked used on a LB next year unless we sign someone or Witherspoon balls hard.

I'm guessing Thornton and KB are both gone. I could see McRath moving to KB's spot and Spoon going to Thornton's. Then we grab a LB in the middle rounds for depth and development hoping to get a value guy like McRath again. I'm not sure it is worth re-signing KB if he isn't ready to play. He is still up in age with no upside and probably won't be the same player anyway. The Witherspoon signing and the emergence of McRath basically seals the deal IMO on KB returning and of us taking a LB in the 1st round.

I say sign Bulluck and PUP him. He might be ready by mid season and IF Titans are in a playoff run situation that would be a heck of a mid season roster upgrade.

I've been watching some videos and interviews of Will. He seems like a really nice guy and a great player. He's had 70+ since his rookie year in 2002. I think Will could be a great player on the Titans, he can play OLB and ILB if needed.

I'm still going to miss Keith Bulluck though :hmm: . I wish we could re-sign Bulluck, then have Will take Thorntons spot. Thornton could be back-up LB for all 3 spots and still get legit playing time.
