    I heard an interview with him after he was released and all i could think about is that here's someone who has all the opportunities in the world and he just doesn't care. I mean he just sounded like he really just doesn't give a damn.

    I will be seriously surprised if he actually ever plays again, much less signs anywhere.

    He done brought home like what 36 million $? why should he give a damn, maybe he just played the NFL. Al Davis is the real loser here. He got taken to the cleaners.

    That's totally what happens when you draft a player based off of one game. Had he lost against the Irish that year, no #1 pick for him.

    And when players "prove they have it" teams need to be allowed to easily restructure (or just have all rook contracts be 2 or 3 yr contracts).

    Having a real rookie structure like this would be awesome imo. No more money grabbers who don't wanna work for it; and guys who deserve it like CJ get their dues.
