Agreed. 1-2 game suspension for being royally stupid. Even being near a strip club is indefensible these days, especially after Pac-Man (who was on your team!). Not to mention that you don't know what's going to happen in situations like this. Someone could have a weapon and we'd have a McNair situation all over again.

I don't know what set this off, but anything anyone could have said or done isn't worth the money and problems you create for yourself when stuff like this occurs. If this comes down to "defending one's manhood", well that priority isn't even in the top 10 for a pro athlete off the field.

 

I haven't seen the video yet. This is not cool though. KFC back under center does not make me feel good.

 

Whe you look at the video, he really did throw the first punch. He's an idiot. Childish act for a multi-millionaire in the spotlight. If he had any sense and really wanted some trim, he would've paid a few G's and had the girls come to his hotel (with chaperones).

Goodell will not be happy. I expect a 2 game suspension minimum, perhaps more like 4.

:doh: down right stupid on VY's part, he's gonna be disciplined by the league just for the simple fact that there is video evidence and this is not his first run in with the law remember that alleged suicide attempt in '08.

I'm saying 3-4 games from Goodell, but the worse punishment could come from Fisher in the form of being benched or cut. He cut Chris Davis for a DUI citation

It has nothing to do with talent Fisher does not want troublemakers on his team, period.

after hearing vince got off with just a citation i thought there would be no suspension coming but after watching the video i expect at least a 1-2 game suspension. way to go "i'm more mature" vince!

 

just saw the video. probably could've reacted differently but come on; boys being boys. In two weeks it'll be old news

 

I don't think there will be a game suspension, just a fine.
