Is the glass half empty or half full?

    World Championships
    Phil Jackson: 13
    Jeff Fisher*: 1

    * Was on Injured Reserve for 1985 Bears.

Atleast Jeff Fisher was a superbowl champion for one of the greatest teams ever.

Matt Cassell put up 400 yards 3 games in a row. Tom Brady is lucky to play in Belichick's system, not the other way around. How many years as a heach coach does one get without coming close to winning a super bowl? 20? 30? Yeah right. Fisher's on his 17th, no luck, time for a change. And I understand that his team played in a Super Bowl. They also got shut out in the first half and were down by two scores at that time. So don't use that as an example if you can resist.

Well the FACTS say Belichick is 57-67 WITHOUT Brady. That's worth more than your opinion.
Also, VY put up 400 yards in a game. I guess he's lucky to be in Jeff Fisher's system.
You might want to get some better info on what constitutes coming close to winning the SB.
Guess who the "heach" coach for the Titans still is... enjoy the season!:grrhee:

Is the head coach the guy in the Colts jersey in my avatar?

I kinda thought it was the old dude that flips birds from the luxury suites. Well, at least he knows when to put in the right players. He did have to make the guy in the colts jersey do that, right?

    1. Because the NFL's owners, executives, players, HOF writers all say so. That's all you and I need to know. They're over qualified to know. We aren't.

    2. The Titans are a small market team that was nearing rock bottom when Fisher took over. The Titans have won more games than any other small market team in his reign. His team went 13-3 with Kerry Collins at the helm and you guys have made sure the world knows how terrible Collins is. Fisher done it without true superstars. A true Pro Bowler is a player you can count on yearly, game after game, not guys who disappear like Michael Griffin and VY.

    3. See #1. End of argument.

Your avatar and post says a lot about you.
The "old dude" you're praising is the one that knows what he has in a head coach. He can talk all he wants but Fisher's still on the sideline.
    Action speaks louder than words.

Also, you do realize the Colts jersey is made of colored thread, right? It doesn't make someone win or lose ballgames. What it did do that day was raise money for a good cause and maybe hurt the feelings of people that might have a skewed outlook on reality.

I will say this, Alex was hating Fisher in the midst of his 10-0 run in 2008 with Collins at QB. Consistent.

Since the 2004 season, Jeff Fisher has a losing record. As Bill Parcells said, "You are what your record says you are."

The reason he doesn't have a franchise QB is that he didn't bring in Drew Brees for even a workout when he was available and chose to draft pacman instead of Aaron Rodgers. For that matter, Fisher didn't even want to draft McNair, he wanted Kevin Carter.
