He was good but you can't blame the Titans on not keeping him. The Eagles made him the highest paid O Lineman in the history of football at the time and he never made the All Pro Team.

The focus of this post is CJ and he has more All Pro selections than Runyun after 2 years in the league. My point is the Titans will pay CJ his money....... when it becomes time.

OMG, I can't believe it, but I agree with this. I've got to give it up to Jeff Fisher and his cast of scrub coaches. This team does a very good job of finding football player first talent. Some of our guys are great athletes, but the majority are here playing with the Titans because they are football players before all else. They tackle well, they read the FB/Guards on runs well, they contain well, etc..... If you can't hang with the Titans you aren't worth big dollas. They do pay them few guys who are worthwhile tho.

An athlete first player will only use what he has. But a football player first player will find ways to adjust. Give me that guy over the 4.3 40-yard guys. The Raiders proved that theory right when they took DHB over Crabtree.

Here's a tweet for Bud to Johnson: "Show me the 2000 yards again, then we'll talk again"
