I'm not saying one way or the other, but this has shades of the 59-0 thumping of the Patriots games last year. No, the score doesn't reflect it (if the defense wasn't playing as respectably as they could), but the offense seemed to be totally out-coached by Tomlin and LeBeau. I haven't seen a game dominated like this so clearly, just from not knowing how to react to a scheme.

This is not the first time this has happened, either. ESPECIALLY on offense. Time to reflect, Mr. Adams.

If nobody was fired at a 59-0 loss, then nobodys gonna get fired for losing 19-3

Fisher has more than overstayed his welcome. The guy is not an objective coach and his biases are obvious.

someone else needs to be calling plays...I don't care who.

and Fisher should be canned but we know that won't happen.

To me, this is so much worse than the 59-0 loss. I saw getting blown out a mile away (not to that extent) but starting two rookie corners and on an awful losing streak it didn't surprise me.

This was a total shock. After looking great in all phases of the game sure against Oakland but still. We had them at home and it's Dennis Freaking Dixon starting, what more could you want? The defense considering 7 turnovers to just give up 12 points. That's amazing.

The thing to me is that the offense didn't look ready. They looked lost. Yeah, turnovers have to go to the players, but there comes to a point where the plays called just didn't seem RIGHT. They seemed out-of-sync, ill-prepared for literally EVERYTHING Pitt threw at them.

Cecil had the defense ready. They looked game. But there are issues with the offense, and they are not new ones.

As bad as our passing offense was under Norm Chow has it really gotten a whole lot better under Heimerdinger? I mean, it was REALLY bad under Chow so I was expecting a complete 180 instead we got like a 30 degree turn.

Wasn't the offense suppose to be this years strong point????????????? WTF happened????????????? Wow, Steelers really got after our offense. I'm so angry, but the better team won today. C.J., and Vince better go into New York ready. I'll be there and can't take another loss. Defense was good, but not good enough today. Tough loss.

That's sort of my point. Yeah, there are personnel issues. But there has been a constant between Chow and Heim: inconsistent at best play-calling, at worst it's been really poor against certain teams.
