    No Nick Harper

    No Ryan Mouton

I was at the Sunday Night Game last year and everytime Mouton was on the field, Peyton would throw it in his direction and it resulted in a FD or TD

consistent play from the Defensive tackles is allowing our DE to be effective.Witherspoon is pretty good, Griffin seems to have returned to form and McCourty has also stepped up.

Turns out Cecil can coach after all.

It's simple. Our defensive coordinator knows what he's doing this time around.

I have no doubt we are much improved but I'm still not quite buying into the "we're now an elite defense" camp. You can't ignore the lame competition we have faced the first two weeks. Pittsburgh only managed one offensive TD (in OT) against the Falcons in week 1. Oakland only managed one offensive TD at home against the lowly Rams in week 2. This Sunday will be our first real test. I hope we are legit.

Looks like he got healthy right when we needed him. Ford won't be playing in the NY game.
