What unifrom are the Titans wearing Sunday?

You guys are all crazy if you think the color of a jersey can make you dehydrated and cramped up. The effect is miniscule. These guys are pro athletes.

If you're dehydrated and cramped up, it's because you didn't do enough conditioning in the offseason or you had to play extra hard. The Steelers linemen who were cramping were backups who probably didn't get enough reps during training camp and were not prepared to deal with the heat.

Aaron Rodgers and Jermichael Finley were cramping up last night on MNF and they were wearing white and it was a cool night in Chicago. There are 100 factors that might make you cramp up more than a dark jersey.

To say that a black jersey was the cause is just stupid.

 

People really don't think jersey color matters on a hot day? Have you ever been in a black shirt vs a white shirt on a hot day? It's the exact same thing. Maybe not a huge difference but a difference for sure.

And too true. Man.. my son's football team's colors are black/orange. They have 'blackouts'. Sucks for the parents in the heat on those days- more so for the kids. haha

But you can feel it wearing black. Like being under a magnifying glass under the sun.

 

I like the old oilers jerseys, light blue with red and white bands on the sleeve. Throw in that light blue helmet that Deuce Wayne displayed and wallah. Keep it simple!

Did anyone see the Bears uniforms in last nights game? Just a plain black helmet with no C on it. The uniforms were black with orange red(more red) numbers, bands on the sleeves and bands on the socks. I guess it was a throwback, but the old uni's had more orange/black than red/black.

 

I liked the Bears uni's a lot last night. Would like it more with the C on the helmets, but still... very nice.

 

Yeah... I like some vintage styles, I just prefer more daring things. Character is king. But certain old school unis I like. Notre Dame's sets, Virginia Tech's older sets, Florida State, USC, Classic Lions... just depends on the color combo a lot of times. I even... kind of... like... the... ah man. The Browns.. when they have the right combination. That was hard to say.

I think the white stripes usually kill the looks though. Like The Steelers. They'd have the best look if they'd just strip the white stripes away. Such as...


Kind of all the Bears did. Took away the white stripes between the orange. Made it great.
