Yep. I've heard a lot of people saying stuff like "who cares how many times they throw it if they win like that?" And to an extent, yes, a win is a win. And I'll gladly take it. But there's no denying NYG repeatedly shot themselves in the foot last Sunday. Not trying to take credit away from the Titans as it's not like NYG just handed them the game. But the fact is we got a lot of breaks last week. We can't keep going into games so predictable with such a run/pass discrepancy and expect to win consistently... at least not against good teams. Sure it worked beautifully against Oakland. But the Raiders are god awful.

The bottom line is we are extremely predictable. Doesn't matter so much against the crap teams. Matters a lot against quality teams. This coaching staff has to start mixing it up and doing a better job making adjustments or it's gonna be another underachieving year for the Titans.

Problem is- Fisher wont look at the result objectively. He'll think his perfect strategy caused Eli Manning to make 3 bad throws that gave us the game.

They were put halfway to sleep by our Fisherball and lost concentration. The loss of concentration led to Eli's bad throws.

    Fisherball works.

Actually, I think what Tomlin meant was, "Take Lendale White is out of the picture, and the Titans' offense is easy to stop."

Well, the offense can be predictable... but if you can progress on the field and get your first downs with this play calling... by the 4ยบ quarter, the opposing D just can't take it any more!!

When you wake, think about how that impacts the game.

As for predictable game plan, the Titans knew the defensive scheme the Steelers played. Little good it did them. A good game plan isn't always about keeping 'em guessin'.

I don't know but in that Kenny Britt TD the playbook was wide open for one drive.
That was not fisher at all.

Let me know what you guys think... Is Fisher setting teams up... Could he be playing Fisherball now, to later burn you...? I think that's the case. He'll show you his whole hand of cards now, but could that be deliberate in knowing you'll follow his tendencies later, and have it bite them in your butt? Who cares how you win games in September, its not til mid November that you are who you are. By then is when you need an identity. The complex plays are best saved til then anyways.
