Fisher press conference at 4 on WSMV

IMO, Fish and VY probably have a mutual agreement that putting Vince on the IR is the best way to handle this situation. As much as I want VY to stay, hes gone after this year due to the fact that majority of the Titans fan base is now anti-Vince.

Exactly... This is standard guys... he has one every Monday. I predict it will be like every loss. He will spin it the best he can (missed assignments not bad players... refs missed calls not bad players... Randy is helping tremedously in other ways not that he is being under used).

I doubt VY is going to IR though. If he does need surgery, this whole tanturm goes into another world of absurd and you cut him at season's end.

I got scared when I read that earlier...but most likely it's just him venting frustration.

 

First off, I don't think Vince would agree with anything Fisher says at this point except maybe that he has his starting job back.
Second off, even if he did talk cordially to Fisher, why would he agree to put himself on IR when he obviously wants to keep playing?

After the stink of everything that happened, Vince doesn't really have any other option than to say his thumb is fine. Otherwise, he made a huge deal out of an unplayable injury. He only has a valid position if his thumb turns out to be fine.

I'll wait for the MRI diagnosis.
