No offense but when your boss tells you to use somebody on a project and you look for any excuse to not work with him. YOU are being insubordinate. Not in your face insubordinate but sneaky, underhanded behind your back insubordinate.

 

Bud Adams has just shown his team that the coach and management has zero authority. Business 101, this is a terrible thing.

Well it's gonna be exciting to see what happens. I don't know what else Bud could've said at this point. He needs them to work together for his last chance at Superbowl.

I'll be amazed if Fisher and Vince can actually work together and make the playoffs.

 

Bud should've said nothing. Let Underwood and Reinfelt handle it.

Here's what I don't get about Bud... how are you going to lock Steve McNair out of the building but let VY do and say what ever the hell he wants... I think VY has some Farvian pictures of Bud on his phone....

 

You are 87 years old. This might be the last chance ever. What is better to say than we are going to honor the head coaches contract and the QB's contract, try to show faith in both of them. Ask them to put aside their differences and work together.



Not that I think it's gonna work, but in his position, what else can you say?
