Simms is afraid to get hit (after his spleen injury), IMO. That is what it looked like to me while watching him in the preseason. That is not a good quality in your QB on the field.

Regardless of this, with Rusty on the field, it will be really bizarre (in a good way) to not have Jesse trolling the sites on game day though...

 

Simms would be a guy I'd like to hang out with.

 

As a sidenote: Scouts Inc lists Jones as the third best defensive tackle in the NFL. High praise.
