We have been down 20-0, 17-0, and 21-0. Some say theres no sense in firing Fisher before the seasons end. I say there's no sense in keeping him until next weeks practices.

Get someone in there who will be smart enough to start Rusty, start Robert Johnson or Myron Rolle, weed out some garbage players, and see what we have to do to prepare for the draft next year. KC sucks. He will next year too. Hope is washed up. Lets give some young guys a shot for the remainder and see if we actually have some talent on this roster.

I couldn't agree with you more.

Let's see how Fisher plays this "loyalty game" now that the season is washed away.

I want to see the younger guys playing at SS at this point, and I also wouldn't mind seeing more of Velasco.

It doesn't matter now, we're out of the playoffs so who cares?

I'm just hoping Bud pulls his head out of his azz and realizes that he has a chance to trade Fisher at the end of the year and get some draft picks. If we fire him we can't get those picks, he has to be under contract.

I care. You're right, we're out of the playoffs. So why waste more time starting KC and Chris Hope, who both clearly suck? Lets see if we need to draft a SS or if one of the guys we have can actually play. Lets see if Rusty Smith will be good enough to be a project next year or if we need to find an alternative. Why keep wasting time with the same washed up vets who will be gone next season?

what good is it going to do for Fisher to evaluate talent for a team he won't be coaching ?
his intent is to continue to try and fit square pegs into round holes
on the off chance that it decides to work in his favor, he can say 'i toold you so'

Fisher said we would see the OLD titans, I think he really meant to say we would see the 0 and 6 titans. Good job fish, hey lets start collins since he had an mvp type year last year. idiot!!!

Hence the reason we fire Fisher like, right now. Did you even read the OP?

I'm all for starting the rookies too, but if you were upset by a 20-0, 17-0, and 21-0 start, then you're going to be fuming when they sit Hope, Finnegan, and any other veteran defenders slacking. Because I'll tell you, R. Johnson, Verner, and Mouton will get annihilated by NFL WR's & TE's right now. I like Verner, but he's been figured out, McCourty too. Not only are they making stupid mistakes, but they're being exposed. Verner was able to cover up his slowness early by playing off the line, but now teams are recognizing he runs a 4.7 40, and killing him.

Basically, it's going to get worse before it'll get better. But I'm prepared for that now that the post season is a dream.

I don't see Fisher leaving before the end of the season. Dinger is ill. And there is no one else on this staff that could finish the season out. It's easy to say fire him, but who is going to step in and take his place for three weeks?
