    I know he has put himself in the position for a lot of fans to be sick of him. But that streak is truly unbelievable. Consider that some teams are on their 3rd QB for this year alone... for him to start every game for that many years is incredible.

    His streak should have ended after last season. He could have saved himself a lot of pain and little gain.

    Manning might have a shot at his record but would take another 6 years to get it.
    Fantastic streak. I don't blame Favre for playing this year. Good money and you get paid for playing a game. Once it is over it is over for good.

    I can not wait until he retires, so we can finally start looking back at his career. Each season I am more convinced he is obsessed with all the drama he causes.

    I agree... the streak is very impressive.

    I'm surprised they didn't just let him start and pull him due to injury. He was just 3 games away from 300 consecutive starts.
