You don't. You let the new HC choose his staff.

Washburn is an excellent defensive line coach. When we lost fat albert, we lost the ability to rush the passer with 4 man fronts. Jeff and Cecil are the ones that dont blitz not wash.

The inj bug really hurt the line Morgan Jones Brown etc........... But I think they should all go, I am ready to clean house and start over!

I think I'd get rid of Chuck Cecil, I didn't like him from the start when he became defensive coach.
So, if Coach Jeff Fisher leave Titans or get fired, whoever the new head coach for Titans, does it mean that whole coaching staff will get rid of and getting new coaching staff?

I agree, neither one is "untouchable"....actually this subject came up earlier this week.

Our OL play has been atrocious, 8 man front or not. We have done a bit of "loosening up" of the defense in the past few weeks, yet CJ always finds company in the backfield. And the penalties have been bad.

On defense, I agree that Washburn has seen some injuries, but that is still no excuse for the lack of effort I have seen the past couple of weeks, nor for the (what seems to be now, anyway) chronic problem we have with wanting to spot the Offense 5 yards at least 5 times per game with stupid offsides penalties.

I agree that the new HC should get to choose, and it would not bother me to see the house spotless...

Do not categorize the entire gotitans population into the word "we"

Some of us weren't stupid enough to think Schwartz wasn't a good coach..

ok, sorry your highness. How condescending would it have sounded if I said "You all were calling for him to be fired" instead of "we." That would be very Gloat-like, and that's not how I operate, usually.
Obviously, if you weren't calling for him to be fired, you weren't included in the "we." So no need to comment... but too late.

    Fans here are so lame..

If Fisher is fired or resigns, He will take Munch and Washburn with him to build his new staff. It's a moot point. There is no "If we get rid of Fisher, Should we keep ______ coach" The new guy will clean house of any coaches Fisher doesn't take with him.

I understand the frustration of the fanbase in Nashville but give me a break, Nashville has had to deal with 3 losing seasons in 14 years. I hate to see the Titans go through something like the Buccaneers went through in the 80's and into the mid 90's.. 14 straight years of double digit losses. I'm not saying you should be okay with .500 football and I'm not saying Fisher should get a life long pass but give me a break.

QB is the most important position in football and Fisher had VY forced down his throat. For the better part of a decade the Titans were a smash-mouth, pound the rock, type team. VY was/is a QB that had no business being drafted by this franchise. He fit this offense like a square peg in a round hole. Fishers offense needs a QB that can be accurate and make good decisions. Two things VY cannot do. It was only a matter of time before this team imploded due to that fact.

I believe this is the reason Fisher has relied on Collins so much, because he's the only thing the Titans have that even somewhat resembles what Fishers offense needs. Collins has slowed down and lost alot in the past few years but he's the prototypical QB for Fishers offense.

I honestly believe that had Leinart or Cutler been drafted that we'd have seen better results. Theres no telling one way or another how either would have developed in Nashville. I have nothing against VY at all, I just feel like his style never fit this team.

I honestly think Fisher will get another coaching job (Would LOVE to see him coach Houston.) and I think he'll be successful because he'll likely be able to pick his job and he'll likely have an owner that will let him coach and not worry about being forced to play players that don't fit.
