I've heard that Underwood and Reinfeldt support Fisher. This may be an attempt to convince Bud to keep him. In the end, however, I think the labor uncertainty will be the deciding factor that keeps Fisher here.

I'm seriously considering it. I'm anxiously waiting for that ESPN NFL text message to my phone that will say something like:

On the other hand, if they announce that he will stay, I will be crushed, and will have a hard time remaining a Titans fan...

I think that Fisher will stay only if he is willing to make some changes and agree to some things.

He may have to agree to make amends with Vince. He may have to agree to fire a couple of coaches.

I can't imagine they just announce that he is staying like that.

Again the way they are doing this suggests that Fisher will resign but will have a nice chunk of cash for his trouble. It will be a love fest.

I read a few of the comments from the article. 1: Adams is not choosing VY over Fish, if fisher is fired. This is not the Tenn. Youngs. If fish was such a great coach, he would have had his team ready to play each game and most of the last 8 games the titans look like crap. Young wasnt even around to cause any distractions or disruptions. we still had a shot at the playoffs and fish got what he wanted and played collins. collins has 0 left in the tank and isi a few years past his prime. this is a buisness and i believe that most titan fans are ready to see the team go a different direction. we have gone as far as fish could take us, now its time for a new coach. that doesnt mean that vince is going to be our qb. and with all the other comments about fish is going to be snatched up quickly by other teams, well look at his record, the most important stat 0 rings. the guy is narrow minded, stubborn, and refuses to change his game plan even though it may be crap. no new plays only when the playoffs are out of reach, then the titans start to play with a lets win attidude vs a lets not lose. its either jeff or a fan bud.

Fisher will not be at the meeting. We may not get to hear the outcome today.

Pray that someone at board level can make a great pitch for a change.

OMG can you believe how awful fish will be as an announcer!? The rest of the league will get a serious look at "Fish-speak". He will have words coming out of his mouth that mean absolutely nothing! haha I love it!

I said it in a prior post but if Fisher does end up gone I sincerely think Bud and whoever else is running things will have no idea how to conduct a search for a coach and we'll end up with a Chan Gailey-esque signing or some other disaster
