Here, here's Shefter's column from Nov. 22 explaining it all:

    http://m.espn.go.com/nfl/story?storyId=5838293

Of note is this : "Young then left the locker room and ignored media members as Titans safety and former University of Texas teammate Michael Griffin chased after him. The Tennessean reported that Griffin was seen confronting Young in the players' parking lot.

Griffin reportedly pleaded with Young, "You can't leave, you can't do this," before Young shrugged and left.

Griffin denied chasing after Young, but multiple media outlets reported witnessing the incident. Griffin did say that he hoped people can set aside their egos and personal feelings so they could stick together as a team."

This is the part of the story that makes it difficult for me to trust Fisher. Particularly the line from Nate Washington about "keeping our mouths shut" and the fact that every one in the locker room deflected questions or said they didn't know anything about what happened on the offense.

Why don't you try actually reading the article I linked to? Wyatt describes his journalistic process and why he decided to go to press with the story. He was justified in doing so.

How about completely unjustified!? If he can name fisher... Why can't he name anyone else? That's because these supposed sources don't exist. Tell me who his sources are other than Fisher.

You've got eyewitnesses that said VY threw his stuff in the stands and security had to retrieve them......VY denies it.

You have witnesses saying they saw Griffin chasing VY.....Griffin Denies

Methinks the two players are the ones fibbing and spinning the media on this issue.

Any journalist that gives up his sources, doesn't have a job long. You keep sources and keep getting information by not revealing who they are.

I actually think Griffin denied it to stay out of the entire thing. He knew if he spoke about what happened he would get endless questions about it and would then be put in the center of it. He kept what happened between him and VY and handled it like a pro in my opinion.

    Wyatt Says:
    oh yeah, by who?

    Wyatt goes on to say:
Care to name your sources? You throw Fisher under the bus but you can't throw anyone else under the bus? That's because Wyatt is making all of this up. So Fisher "covered" for Vince? Really? That's not a fact at all, infact, that's just pure speculation on Jim Wyatt's part. How can u say someone is covering for someone else when you yourself refuse to give away ANY incriminating evidence suggesting that it actually happened!

"Never denied?" Really? Is that what we have come down to? Have some journalistic integrity and steer away from the Fox News yellow-journalism way of doing things...

I've never denied being alot of things, that doesn't mean I am one. Toronto, I don't know you, but you've never denied on this board that you are a car thief. That must mean you are one, Right? I mean, after all, you've never denied that.

Yet he's been the only that has kept talking about the issue to the media....
