it'd be much more loss than win for the team that would be trading him away....similar to getting rid of Peterson or a few years back trading away Tomlinson

Yes, we need to trade CJ right now !!!

Then we should bulldoze the stadium and get some milk crates to sit on and some of those sliding bleachers you can find in high school gyms.

Next we will trade away the rest of our players and just hang around high school parking lots to get some awesome young talent !

    He just might.

He had close to 1400 this year. So, with a little luck he should be able to surpass 1000 and get there. :wink2:

If we're going to rebuild, let's do it in a big way.

Besides Blount and that one practice squad DT last year in Indy (who the fans are now demanding they replace by drafting a DT), most of the players we release tend to turn to sh$t elsewhere

Whoever says trading CJ should be a possibility or a good idea is an absolute utter retard, plain and simple, you may have your opinion on the VY Fisher debacle, which is fine, but why would we even think of trading this guy, really

Yes. Let's trade our best player. We've already lost our coach and quarterback, right? ...DUMB.

with everyone saying this....ringer never got a fair shot to prove he can handle it but from what i have seen i havent been disappointed yet and for trading cj....this is the only reason why....we need a franchise qb.....i am on that sees it from both sides of the problem....everyone is hating by what the qbs in this draft have done in college but no one has really even seen them play outside of the one system they have played in...i can see a locker or gabbert being a good pro qb with the right coaching....look at tebow he had to completely redo his entire throwing motion and he isnt awful....people are talking about trading cj now because we can still get good value out of him such as a first this year and possibly first next year(the best we would get) but being realistic we would possibly get a first and second this year and a 2nd next year or something along those lines....then depending on who we traded with we could get another decent running back (everyone talks about cj blowing past defenses) this is on of the fastest rb drafts out there and we could always get a super fast rb but looks at the teams in the playoffs and superbowl champions...they all have a franchise qb and a bruising runningback (usually) so we could draft someone like gabbert and if he pans out it would be a great pick we wont know till after he gets his shot at starting and we could possibly get alabamas running back ingram in the second or trade up depending on what we get out of vy or helu in the later rounds.....i believe vy is a good qb just needs a good coach....vy should be our qb next year and for the future....and people are saying trade cj because we need a franchise qb more than a franchise rb...plain and simple the qb makes the runningback not runningback making the qb
