Reinfeldt just interviewed on Plaster's show...

    1. Contract is for "more than one year"....Reinfeldt would not specify years.
    2. Munchak has total say over staff (no surprise).

Rest was pretty predictable spin stuff (no PR consultant needed for him).

I think the best thing Munch said was that he was going to let people do their job and take ownership of their job.

What I took from that was that he's going to come in and not try to ruin what a guy like VY had with his legs, he's not going to ruin what a coordinator like Dinger is trying to do, etc. and that's a really good step to take.

I can only imagine an offense where the coordinator can call the right plays for the right guys on the field to do what they do best.

Maybe I'm just overly excited, but that sounds like common sense yet that's what we weren't getting with Fisher.

I like the idea that Munchak is molding the team around an idea/goal/etc. than going in and molding individual players to your specific molds.

That's what kept a guy like Fisher from ever going anywhere. He was spending 90% of his time trying to force players to be something they weren't so they could fit his scheme.

If Fisher didn't need one, I think he'll be fine.

He already speaks to the media better than Fish's mumbling arse did.

Are you kidding? One of the big reasons why Fisher was considered such a good coach was because he could manipulate the media better than most.

He might have driven us nuts, but he had a fantastic working relationship with local and national media.

needs to be an undecided option. I don't know if he will get it done or if he will be Fisher2.0. To early to make a decision right now
