You have no idea what your talking about with wanting Guinta. Go research him and then come back and tell me that you honestly think Guinta is a good choice.

Guinta was CO-Defensive Coordinator with John Bunting from 1998-1999. Guinta got his chance as the Defensive Coordinator in 2000, when Bunting went to New Orleans. Go look up his defense. They were the worst in the league in points allowed and 23rd in yards given up.

Considering they took away most teams ability to run for the rest of the game by the begging of the second quarter you have to think it would have been a little easier to scheme against. His inability to do so cost him his job.

Mike Trgovac on the other hand would be an excellent choice for the coordinator position.

My list of potential Defensive Coordinators are Trgovac, Keith Butler, Winston Moss, or Eric Mangini. I'm sure there are some other candidates that I'm not naming but these are the ones that I know of.

I am going to have to do some research on Offensive Coordinator candidates as I thought for sure Dinger would be retained.

Yea I'm curious also to see what Flacco was all worked up about losing Zorn, let's call his people for the QB coaching gig.

Frank Reich Qb coach colts, former nfl QB.

Bill Callahan O-line Jets, former head coach.

Matt Cavanaugh-QB coach Jets, former OC college, former NFL QB.

Mike Tice-Bears o-line, former Vikings head coach.

I think tice would be a great choice. In his 4 years as head coach for the Vikings they averaged 8th in total offense and were top 10 in 3 of the 4 seasons. He has never been an OC going from the o-line to head coach like Munch. He would run a balanced offense in my opinion.

Callahan did a great job with the Jet's O-line and for those who want to open things up a bit he would be the guy. He would run a west coast offense.

Munch may not want a former head coach for power reasons but both Callahan and Tice are coming from the o-line and may just want to do well and win. I would interview both for sure.

No to Sherman Smith or Jim Zorn. That Redskin offense of theirs sucked. In fact you could argue that Zorn's biggest mistake was not getting a better OC.

I think most people want Zorn to come in as a QB coach.

How bad would Munch have to suck it up to even consider this?
