CJ was a reach, but that doesn't make it a bad pick. I honestly was clueless about him as a player when we picked him. I wanted Mendenhall who went one pick before us, but CJ ended up being way more valuable than a #24 pick... that was one of our best picks in franchise history.

He could've been drafted later, but not much later. Early 2nd round.

    1. Dunlap was an idiot. Probably still is- and that was my knock. Time will tell.
    2. Brandon Graham isn't starting yet... as he wasn't supposed to. He'll beast without a doubt- as he did in limited time.
    3. I was wrong about Earl Thomas- as I've mentioned here several times.
    4. I was simply saying this guy is not anywhere near a 4.2 speed guy.

Didn't say anything else about him- just that he's not NEAR as fast as you said.

The way Dunlap got caught suggests to me that he was not a heavy drinker because he literally passed out in the car. Yes it is a crime but how many of us have not driven home on automatic pilot because we had done some partying at that age? Dunlap wasn't going to change the result of that Bama arse whopping.

Dunlap's parents are professionals. His mother is an elementary school principal and his dad was in the military. Yet because of one mistake people acted like he was Pacman Jones. He was never that type of kid.

He might be in the hall of fame someday that is how talented he is.

    Back to Dontay moch..

In the video he is playing against the Missouri RT #77. That guy was an honorable mention all big 12 lineman and at 6'7 315 he is definitely an NFL sized tackle. Moch had his way with him.

yes it was a 4.4. There is a video on NFL.com in the news headlines. I believe he is worthy of a pick. not a first round pick thats for sure. rocker could help this guy out

    4.44 with a 42 inch vertical.

Weighed in higher than many boards had him. He was 6'1 248.

A 3-4 team might take him in rd 1. He didn't hurt his cause at the combine.

Donte Moch is being projected as an OLB who is faster than many safety's, yet he breaks down like a lineman. He has limited pass rush moves, so he'll likely go to a 4-3 defense in the 3rd or 4th round. Unless he's there in the 5th round, I'd pass on him.

Being a great athlete means nothing if you can't play your position. I don't think he'll be a very good OLB. Hell, Gerald McRath runs a 4.4 40 also, hasn't made him a stud yet.

Isn't a 3-4 OLB almost like a lineman? Everybody wants a Matthews type pass rusher for their 3-4. Well this is the guy.

He is the second best 3-4 OLB pass rusher in this draft after Miller.

Compare his numbers to Akeem Ayers who ran a 4.80 40.

I can't see him making it to our 3rd rd pick but if he is there we should take him.

Some similarities to Mathis of the colts.
