That's true but there are huge rifts in the fanbase between both Romo and Schaub to where fan pressure might start a controversey..

I see your point. I'm just saying from a football standpoint it makes no sense. Schaub and Romo are two of the best pocket passers in the game and they would really have to stink it up for Vince to get a shot. It would make me sick to watch Vince kick @$$ playing for either of those 2 teams.

Romo is very up and down. He could come out looking like an All-Pro or come out and SUCK! Vince could steal that job away from Romo in time, especially if the Cowboys come out of October under .500. Vince gets better late whereas Romo gets booed.

I could see VY taking the "easy" road and signing with the Texans as a backup, Being the hometown celeb and you know that in any NFL city the backup QB is the most popular man in town when the starter isn't winning. Schaub still hasn't made the playoffs..

Plaxico Burress in the lab today. He's in the best shape of his life...seriously. His range blew my mind!

well I guess running from bears in prison might be good cardio.

    Why is that doubtful?

I'd bet Vince and Plax both are in the best shape they've been in. They're desperate.

Vince is going to make Jeff Fisher look stupid like Lagarrette Blount did if he gets the chance.

With this lockout wearing on like it has, as a fan, I'd take a flyer on VY at this point and retain him as starter and let Locker play behind him. VY has one year left on his contract anyways. He may not think his chances to resign with Tennessee are any good, but it would be nice to have some actual depth at qb, and besides, he would basically be in a contract year, who knows, maybe he would be ok with a 1 year extension. That way, after a reasonably successful season the Titans could trade him, that is if his value came up. Think San Diego Chargers with Brees/Rivers... I'm totally stoked about seeing Locker play, I just hate watching this team lose ball games, and that's what I'd expect with Locker in the short term. I can stomach that though. What I can't tolerate is watching a broken down KFC chunk and dunk his way to a 5-11 record. In short, I'd rather have VY for one more season than see KFC take another snap.

Blasphemy. Vy would only divide the team again and cause unneeded additional problems for our rookie head coach.

We are going to be a bad team in 2011, I've already accepted it. Go for mcnabb or hasselbeck and maybe we'll have a chance.

gotta agree with Alex and disagree with SEC.

No way would I bring Young back at all. It would be worst thing to do to this team.
