    Everyone is going to say the Titans overpaid, but I have no problem with it. The Titans have been overpaying QBs for years. Hasselbeck is getting the same kind of money that Collins got.

    I'm guessing Rusty would make it. Hopefully Rusty gets mentored by MH as well and becomes Lockers backup for a few years after MH leaves. He'd be our Jim Sorgi.

    Hassleback's willingness to mentor Locker is huge. I don't think that Collins was eager to take that on. A back loaded contract is well worth that.

    The biggest part of the deal is that it's end heavy. He gets the majority of the $21 million in 2013. My guess is he won't be on the roster in 2013.

    Don't mind the $7 million per year. We paid $7.5 per year for KFC. Plus, this pretty much guarantees Locker sits for two years, couldn't have asked for anything more.
