Revis wants him on the Jets. That tandem would be sick! You'd have to run 3 WR sets just to have somebody to throw the ball to.

Hasselbeck's ability to throw a good deep ball and use the whole field is in question but hell the Vikings used a 12th pick on a guy like that.

Maybe it is not his place to give a scouting report for other teams though. It wasn't bad but maybe he could just worry about his own game and not play GM or coach.

Finny is coming off his worst season. That should be concern #1. He is an UFa next year.

I don't see the problem here; this article was prior to Hasselbeck signing.

And if anything Cortland Finnegan comments show that Jake's already made a positive impression upon his teammates that they already believe in him.
^^I mean that's exactly what you want to hear about your rookie QB.

But, imo Courtland misses the big picture reason for signing Hasselbeck.
The penultimate goal of every franchise should be the development of their franchise QB.
Locker's development gives the organization the best chance to win going forward.

Courtland's assessment of Hasselbeck is dead on imo:
But, checking the ball down and getting the ball out quick are things a young QBs need to learn.
Chris Palmer even mentioned the quick game as essential for a young QB to beat the blitz.

And although Hasselbeck might not have a deep ball Locker does.

Hasselbeck benefit for the Titans will be his guidance of Locker more then his own play on the field.

Any time someone follows their statements with "but I’m not the G.M., I’m not the front office", I instantly lose all respect for what they just spit out. Why say anything if you're just going to basically say "IDK what I'm saying"???

    Shut up Cortland.

I took it a different way. I took it as him saying he's not the one making decisions.

Ha ha...I don't think he'll "I Like" anything that I post. He just called me "CJthepeach" in one of the other threads.

I'd high five you but I'm out.

Finny, being a corner... err.. I really don't care what he thinks about it. It's not like he's going to be in the huddle. I would give a receivers remarks a lot more weight.
