    Anyone would be better than Hope. If you told me this off season that we'd sign someone named J Babin*** I wouldn't have guessed him.

    Now let's cut Hope and make room on that salary cap.

    For being a career back up, he isn't that bad of a signing. I think had he been starting as often as Hope, he would better career numbers.

    I'm just basing this off of their stats, I don't know how well the guy actually covers.

    He had 1 more INT and 3 more passes defended than hope and never started a game last year.

    The Titans are becoming Seattle South! Love it. I think if they hadn't already signed Rudd that Lofa Tatupu might be a Titan.

    He could also play nickel if they keep Hope, since Verner will be starting now.

    I think this guy is in camp because there's not a lot of experience behind Hope. If McCourty wins the outside spot, Verner will likely be the nickel but this guy also gives the Titans some depth there as well.
