    20th best team would mean the 13th draft pick. The Lions picked 13th, and their record was 6-10. The year before the pick originally belonged to the Broncos who went 8-8, so 6 to 8 wins is the indication from the last two years.

    Power rankings have no meaning, unless you are at the top...then they're just something to boast about as if they actually do mean something.
