Another positive of Lee Evans is his contract. I figured he'd be on the last couple years of a huge deal, but really he's not. $3.2m this year and next year, which is not bad at all; considering Washingtons remaining contract is: 3.3 - 3.4 - 4.2 - 4.8 and Gage is 3.5 this year.

I say trade for Evans, for a mid round pick. Maybe include Washington? Gage? Not sure which i'd rather include... I think Washington. Drops to many balls and Evans will be our new "deep threat".

Britt - Evans - DWill - Gage - Mariani not a bad WR group.

I'd be fine with this move at this point also.

And I don't care about the Bulls, any. But the popsicles and rock?... Deal.

Spiller may be unproven, but that's another reason I'd be for it. CJ was unproven too. He caught the same break Spiller would coming here- product of the system. So it wouldn't take Spiller long to become a dynamic player due to the O-line.
Then he'd also become a diva that thinks he's something special while he's not just like CJ. And we could trade him for the rock and popsicles too.

Are people seriously comparing CJ and Spiller???? If so I want some of whatever they are smoking!!!!!

No way we trade for Lee Evans, if so we burry DWill and Mariani on the depth chart. I we are going to bury the young guys I would rather see us sign T.O.

That's what I think too. Why in the world is Buffalo moving him in the first place, he's pretty cheap for a solid receiver and they're way under the cap.

Would like to see him in Baltimore - outside of Q, the receivers have zero catches in an NFL game...could be ugly.

THIS is the problem with Titans fans.

"Oh no we'll have to bury whoever D Williams is and Mariani!!!"...

    Who the F cares???

That's the issue. You guys get stuck on absolute nobodies and create this image in your mind that they have something special that the rest of the league just doesn't see.
That's why you overrate Chris Johnson so much too. Yes, he's good... but not half as good as you guys make him out to be.

It's as if every player we have is 50x's better in the eyes of our fans. Ridiculous.

Damien Williams... Mark Mariani... and you DON'T want to upgrade those positions? Wtf?

I've always thought Flacco was pretty bad anyway. Way overrated imo.

Speaking of creating images in your mind didn't you say you wanted to trade CJ for Spiller straight up. Brilliant. You would make Al Davis look like an fing genius if you had anything to do with managing the football team.

I'd give Buffalo a 5th for him in a heartbeat. Then we can go ahead and cut Gage.
