Where is VY? (all things Vince Young goes here)

Vince doesn't suck, his injuries just keep holding him back. He continues to prove that he can play the position, he just hasn't stayed healthy.

 

VY is very athletic but is a very mediocre QB at best. He is an idiot reading defenses and just to immature to play in the NFL. Like it or not VY is a draft bust.

 

Bust gets thrown around too easily. I don't think VY is a draft "bust". Bust is reserved the Jamarcus Russell's of the world.

hence the reason for the hate. I pay over a 1g a year on the Titans. Yeah, it pisses me off when we give someone tens of millions of dollars and they put in half effort and act like a baby in front of the home crowd.

Not gonna wish someone well that screws my team over like Vince did. Vince has talent but he'll never be truly successful in the NFL because he won't put in the work. It's why he gets injured all the time and calls non-existant plays in the huddle.

 

In his defense, he did save your '09 season. And def raised the value of the franchise and brought with him media coverage. You would never see the Titans on ESPN before Vince got here.

Chris Johnson brings the same type of attention to the table.

 

Vince was quite an exciting ride.. we always had something to talk about whether it was his immaturity or his mental weakness or his funny inaccurate throws or his poor reading of defenses.. we are going to miss all of this fun but it's time to move on

 

You yourself stated the Titans provided crap for wide recievers in 2007.......It's quite obvious what happened when Vince started playing well.....he had Kenny Britt. Even with CJ getting shut down most of 2010, Vince had Kenny Britt to lean on. You need talent period to be successful at the qb position.

I would love to know these nonexistent plays you speak of. Wait wait wait, I know you are going to show a play where Chris Johnson got blew-up one on one. How many times have you seen CJ stay in to pass block? If you are truthful, then you will say plenty of times. Just because CJ got beat doesn't make it a nonexistent play.

The only nonexistent thing you are speaking of right now is the word non-existant.

I'm talking about when Vince called a play in the Titans huddle that didn't exist.

 

Yeah, I should have put a after that. Thought it was ironic lol.

Anyways, the only time I have seen a report of him calling a nonexistent play was when CJ got blew up by James Harrison. Was it a bad idea to leave CJ one on one with Harrison? Yeah......but I have seen CJ hold his own before.
