I included the "so far" because as I also said, the more things change the more they stay the same. Replace Hasselbeck with Collins and Munchak with Fisher and what's changed since last year? It's not overreacting it's simply just seeing more of the same from last year. Yea it's one game into THIS season but it just feels like a game from last year. Besides, even if I were overreacting so what? Can't we agree this team isn't going to make the playoffs much less win a Superbowl? OK so, sorry for being critical of a bad team. I guess I should be more upbeat and optimistic about this season right? I mean we could reach that magic number of 8-8 that we seem to get so much.

Even Hasselbeck is a downgrade to VY. I wonder how many games we have to lose to put locker in?

i just wanted to say i was disappointed in munch's "additude" on the sidelines... he looked dazed and confused, nothing like a nfl caliber coach with any kinda fire or passion for the game. maybe thats just how he is but looked pretty blah to me.

I didn't get to watch the game, but I listened to the 4th quarter in the car. I have a feeling that last year's team with KFC and Fish would have gone from 16-7 to 23-7 or 30-7. The team fought to the end and had a chance to win and I appreciate that. THAT is what made the team good and fun to watch in '06, '07, and '08.

I'm not going to say this is a playoff caliber team, but that is a step in the right direction.

im on the other side of the spectrum. I don't think we would have scored without a fluke play and without the jags playing prevent defense late in the 4th. Chris Palmer didn't go 5-27 as a head coach and wasn't coaching in the UFL last season for no reason whatsoever.

Munch is clearly a bridge coach. He doesn't look in control out there, doesn't look like he knows what hes doing.

The offensive play calling was especially horrendous. Palmer better get out his head out his behind. I don't have many complaints about Gray, minus the decision to Blitz our best Corner (Finny) and leave Ruud covering there best WR on the most important play of the game. Thomas ended up making that incredible catch and Griffin just stands behind him.

Palmer would have been a good OC in 1994

I'm not trashing the team... I just think there were more qualified coaches out there. I've thought this since day one. You guys can continue to trash me. I think the personnel is capable.
